Terms

Use MXEvents responsibly

These product terms describe the core rules expected of riders, families, promoters, tracks, staff, and other account holders. They require legal review and deployment-specific contact details before broad public launch.

Accurate accounts and authority

Provide accurate information and protect your account. Do not claim a facility, publish as an official source, manage another person, sign for another person, or access operational data unless you are authorized to do so.

Events and participation

Event organizers—not MXEvents—control schedules, eligibility, rules, cancellations, refunds, safety decisions, and on-site operations. Listings can change. Confirm important decisions with the labeled official source and comply with facility and sanctioning requirements.

Orders, waivers, and passes

Prices, inventory, refund rules, and products are set by the organizer. A payment confirmation or pass does not override eligibility or safety requirements. Waiver language is supplied or approved by the responsible organizer; the availability of an electronic signing flow does not guarantee that a document is suitable or enforceable in every jurisdiction.

Acceptable use

Do not impersonate others, publish false event information, scrape or disrupt the service, bypass permissions, upload malicious material, harass users, expose private information, or use the platform for unlawful activity. MXEvents may restrict content or access to protect users and product integrity.

Platform availability

MXEvents is provided subject to outages, maintenance, third-party services, and changing conditions. Keep an offline race-day fallback for critical rosters, emergency contacts, instructions, and organizer communications.
